Shipping & Refund Policy


Due to being a small local shop creating handmade goods, please allow 1-2 weeks turnaround for domestic orders. International shipping rates and transit duration are subject to higher shipping rates with more lead time, pending destination and potential custom entrance delays. We so appreciate your support. Please note that we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we possibly can.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground within 14 business days of payment confirmation. Please note: estimated delivery time is based from the day the order ships, not always the day it is placed. The shipping method chosen at checkout does not change the standard shipping time.

Orders are shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday. We like to celebrate holidays just as much as you do, so orders are not shipped on those days. Unless otherwise notified, you can expect your package to arrive in the window of time indicated above. Unfortunately, we can't hand-deliver every single package, so any delays with the USPS or UPS due to weather, holidays, or anything else are out of our control. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is in on the way!

Refund Policy

We do our best to check all of our products and make sure that they are top quality. From time to time, a product will slip past us with a flaw. In the case that one of our items arrives to you damaged or defective, we will readily accept returns free of charge. A photo will be required to show us the defective product, and we must be contacted within a week of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a refund if no replacement can be made.

With the exception of items damaged during shipping (terms outlined above), all sales are final, no refunds.
